Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or Refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.If you send your package outside of the 30-day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, we’ll credit your account within 30 business days.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
